Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, employees were forced to adapt to new ways of work. Many have experienced feelings of isolation, concerns over health and safety risks, or financial stress due to the prolonged impact of the pandemic. Now, with burnout symptoms more prevalent than ever in today’s workforce, employers are prioritizing an issue that has long been overlooked in the workplace: Employee mental health.
