The NLRB has broadened the scope of the NLRA's protection of conduct that may otherwise violate Title VII and similar state statutes and has also entered memorandums of understanding with various agencies, increasing inter-agency scrutiny. Unfair labor practice charges may accompany charges and/or complaints to other federal and state agencies.
